Notify Utility Providers – Arrange for Turn Off Dates(Water/Power/Gas)
- Change Address with Service Providers(Bank, Internet, Cable, Ect..)
Step 3
Complete 15-1 Days Prior to Move Out Date

Update Your Mailing Address
- Repair Any Damage That Occurred During Your Tenancy(Excluding Normal Wear & Tear)
- Clean the Property – Or – Hire Professional Cleaners
Final Step
Return All Keys & Remotes to Provest Realty Inc
The keys and remotes must be returned to one of Provest Realty Inc’s offices. When visiting the office, please make sure to provide your forwarding address if you haven’t already and also receipt for cleaning or carpet cleaning if you hired professionals to do this. If you are unavailable during normal business hours, you may drop the keys off through the drop slot at our Hesperia location.(Drop slot is on the left door – Please put everything in an envelope and include the property address)
